No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

¾ cup creamy natural peanut butter
½ cup low-fat milk
⅓ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup unsalted butter
4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 ¾ cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Combine peanut butter, milk, brown sugar, butter, cocoa and salt in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the butter and sugar have melted. Remove from heat and stir in oats and vanilla.
Drop the dough by generous tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press into 2-inch circles. Chill until firm, at least 30 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
